Non-alcoholic, carbonated beverage made from plant extracts. Ingredients:Natural plant extract (water, herb and fruit blend), sugar, carbonic acid, acidifier (citric acid). Through a gentle cold-extraction process, these are combined with exceptionally soft, low-calcium spring water from Germany – completely free of fermentation, artificial additives, or colorants and preservatives.

As we work in small batches, subtle nuances in color and taste testify to the authenticity of our craftsmanship. We also make no compromises when it comes to sustainability: after extraction, our botanicals serve as valuable natural fertilizer for regional vineyards.
