Non-alcoholic, carbonated beverage made from plant extracts. Ingredients:Natural plant extract (water, herb and fruit blend), sugar, carbonic acid, acidifier (citric acid). Nutritional values per 100 ml:Energy 88 kJ / 22 kcal; Fat < 0.1 g (of which saturated fatty acids < 0.1 g); Carbohydrates 5.5 g (of which sugar 5.5 g); Protein < 0.1 g; Salt < 0.03 g. Values may vary slightly depending on the batch. The values on the product label are decisive.

Best enjoyed chilled. Consume within 48 hours of opening. Store in a cool place, away from light. As our products are based on natural ingredients, the color and taste of the drinks may vary slightly.

With its balanced aromatics, it complements food without overpowering it: the lighter varieties pair perfectly with fresh cuisine, while the bolder ones provide the ideal counterpoint even to intense dishes.

During gentle cold extraction, herbs, flowers and fruits are combined with exceptionally soft, low-calcium spring water from Germany – completely free from artificial colours and flavourings. And without fermentation, so we can guarantee 0.0% ABV.

As we work in small batches, subtle nuances in colour and taste reflect the authenticity of our craft. After extraction, our botanicals serve as valuable natural fertiliser for regional wineries.
