Behind every one of our aperitifs lies the ambition to discover unseen taste sensations and experience botanicals in their most intense form. We will soon be adding a new variety to our collection that puts a captivating aroma front and center: MAGNOLIA.
Magnolia is often perceived merely as a visual highlight. However, in its extraction, it reveals a depth that perfectly aligns with our philosophy: it is delicate yet characterized by a natural, distinctive bitterness. This very tension makes it an ideal complement to our existing varieties.
The composition: Dark fruit and botanical depth
MAGNOLIA is an intense experience. We combine the delicate tartness of the blossom with the robust, dark fruit of ripe blackberries . To round off this interplay, we use hops , which provide a distinctive grip on the palate.
The result is a non-alcoholic aperitif with character, distinguished by its subtly bitter complexity. Its aroma unfolds best neat or on ice – a unique character that demonstrates the multifaceted nature of botanical macerates. We look forward to the launch in February 2026!
