Shipping policy

1. Domestic and International Deliveries

The products ordered by the customer will be delivered by an independent carrier upon acceptance of the order to the address provided by the customer when placing the order on the website.

Deliveries are made to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Other countries are excluded.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the buyer shall bear all applicable customs duties, taxes and other import costs.

2. Partial Deliveries

The seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries at different times.

3. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping for all orders above 45 EUR / CHF. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of €5.90 to Germany, €7.90 to Austria, and CHF9.90 to Switzerland will be charged.

4. Recipient's Obligations

The customer must check the condition of the packaging of the products and the products themselves upon delivery. The customer will make any reservations and complaints deemed necessary and may also refuse to accept the package, especially if it becomes apparent before opening that the package is visibly damaged upon delivery.

The Seller will promptly refund the price of all delivered products for which the Customer has duly demonstrated a defect.

5. Delivery Address

If the delivery address is incomplete or inaccurate, the package is refused by the intended recipient, or missing information makes delivery of the product impossible, the Seller shall not be liable for any delays in delivery. If the Seller is required to arrange a second delivery of the products to the intended recipient, the Seller may charge the Customer for all costs associated with this second delivery.

6. Return Shipping Costs in the Event of Cancellation

The Customer shall bear the costs of returning the products in the event of cancellation.
