Production
Our non-alcoholic aperitifs are produced using a gentle cold extraction process. This preserves the delicate aromas of the selected botanicals. Completely free from fermentation, artificial flavors, or colorings. A gentle bitter note provides depth. The elegant perlage—comparable to quality sparkling wine—makes every sip a sparkling experience.
Our Quality Promise
We source our botanicals globally from where soil and climate guarantee the best and most intense profile. In selecting our certified partners, we focus on uncompromising quality rather than mass-produced goods.
Manufacturing takes place in Germany and is carried out to the highest standards. Especially soft, low-calcium spring water is used as a neutral base for our recipes. We also keep our ingredient lists as short as possible: We consistently avoid artificial additives and rely on the power of nature.
Since we work with genuine natural products and in small batches, slight variations in color and taste are not a flaw but a sign of quality for us. They are proof of a vibrant craft that does not use artificial flavors or colorings.
For us, sustainability means consistently thinking through the entire life cycle of raw materials. After extraction, the botanicals are not discarded but rather given to regional wineries as valuable natural fertilizer to enrich the soil with nutrients.
